BIOGRAPHY OF SEBASTIAN (ENRIQUE CARBAJAL)
Sebastián is a famous sculptor and painter; he was born in a Camargo, Chihuahua. He didn’t study the university, but he studied in the Academy of San Carlos (where today is the museum San Ildefonso), although hi didn’t study the university, he was a teacher in the UNAM. Sebastian has several huge sculptures around the world, for example en China has a sculpture named “El arco de la paz”, in Japan he has won competitions to exposes his creations. In Mexico City he has several sculptures above Paseo de la Reforma, the more famous is La torre del Caballito. He become to be famous because Tamayo bought a painting, and the people that buy art began to buy the paintings and the thing that he made.
